Welcome to MorningStar, my regenerative farm in the Alberni Valley, where I raise sheep, grow flowers, work with fibre and invite visitors to slow down and experience life on the land through farm camping and meaningful gatherings.
Everything here is rooted in a desire to work with nature rather than against it — growing, making and welcoming others in ways that honour the land and leave it more resilient and alive.

From the first bulbs tucked into the soil to armfuls of summer blooms, our flowers are grown here at MorningStar with care for the land and the life within it.
We grow an ever-changing collection of seasonal flowers — abundant, textural and a little wild — for bouquets, subscriptions, weddings and gatherings.
Camping
Sleep a little closer to the land.
Tucked into the regenerating landscape of our 70-acre sheep + flower farm, our off-grid bell tents offer a quiet place to slow down, unplug and experience MorningStar from the inside.
Wake to birdsong. Wander the farm. Watch the evening settle over the mountains.
Come for a workshop, explore the Alberni Valley, or simply stay awhile.
